Digital right and responsibilities refers to the bill of right in which you have privacy to what you are doing in the internet. For examples things like you password, username and any other creditals should be kept a secret away from government and other people or even spy’s which should be discussed well in the digital world. However this come with responsibilities in which you should use the digital world or accesses it responsibly which will not do harm to others
in every country they are always right and responsibilities which we should abid by in this case in the digtal world so that you are hurt or bullyed

6. we have a right to freedomm of expresstion and theResponsibilitiesis to report bully harassing, sexting or identity theft
there are also penaltys if you dont comply with with the right and Responsibilities because it is offenceive to other and hurt thier fellings. also amongs other it is a crime to do things like stealling other people identity for your own use and make a mess under they name. also it is also frude and you could get 6 month inprisment for such.
Rationale
Part of the Mission of District 279 is to ensure that all students develop technology skills for life-long learning. Student Internet and technology use within ISD 279 schools is for educational purposes only. In addition, students are expected to be
good digital citizens and follow the guidelines for acceptable use of the Internet. Acceptable Student Behaviors as Responsible Digital Citizens A student’s acceptable use of technology and the Internet includes the
following:
Using the Internet for research and assigned classroom projects
Accessing only those sites that are relevant to educational purpose
Only accessing files from the server that belong to you; respecting the rights and privacy of others by not accessing private files
Respecting and abiding by all copyright laws
Following all regulations posted in the areas where technology is accessed
Turning off the monitor if an inappropriate web site is accessed, and notifying the teacher immediately
Downloading or printing only with the teacher’s permission
Following the directions of the adult in charge
Respecting others around you
Respecting the equipment and work space
Unacceptable Student Behaviors
A student’s unacceptable use of technology and the Internet includes the
following:
Using the Internet for any illegal purpose
Using impolite or abusivelanguage
Violating the rules of common sense or etiquette
Changing any computer files that do not belong to the user
Revealing personal addresses or telephone numbers of students or staff
Using the Internet in such a way that would disrupt the use of Internet by others
Downloading programs, text or images without permission of the adult in charge
Hacking into computer resources
Accessing materials that are inconsistent with the school's code of conduct and district's educational goals or showing others how to do the same
Playing games which are not educational
Sending personal, chain, or spam emails
Taking and posting pictures or videos to social media sites during school time.
